Tuesday we left London Heathrow to fly on a double-decker to New York. Because we never flown in a 747 before we opted to sit on the upper deck. Stepping on the plane finding our seat we passed a bar, our first bar we have seen in a plane, kind of weird.
After a smooth flight, we walked through Immigration. The man was very friendly to us and we were a bit surprised because in Atlanta, going through Immigration was much more serious. We were almost the first in line, when we looked back; we were glad that we the last in line. The waiting line was very long. Our 6 suitcases arrived; we had to put them on two trolleys, get on the Air Train to find the shuttle which took us to the hotel. We could have left the suitcases in the storage area in the airport, willing to pay $18 per case.So we took them to the hotel. They told us, that their storage room is full, so Andy put them on this luggage trolley to take them up to the room.
