Moving to next level of SHG

In the North, we have a specific area where SHG’s work well. These two facilitators were approached with the idea to move to the next phase of SHG, the Cluster Level. One weekend, we drove all the way up to the North, where I gave a power-point presentation talking with the chosen facilitators about CLA.  We needed to make sure that the concept of what CLA is and how it works is well understood and we are all on the same page.

We had an interactive group discussion with many questions, thoughts and idea's exchanged. It was defiantly worth coming all this way.

At this meeting the new Trainers were also represented, so we used our time wisely and PG, the Haiti coordinator did a lecture about business.

In the evening we used the time to get to know each other better through playing games.
