Harz Mountains

Hiking in the Harz Mountains in Germany We have returned from our hiking trip around the Harz Mountains. We walked the equiviant of Weston-Super-Mare to Lichfield in Staffordshire, or Nuremburg to Frankfurt. Jutta hugging a signpost Walking for 7 days and covering 125 miles, both felt fitter and more in trim after.  We walked the Hexen-Stieg Way, North and South routes. Ice-creams were taken at every opportunity. We stayed in some great places and saw great views. Andy ready for the off What a wonderful way of spending quality time together.
