Because of all of this we decided to do what we did in Guinea, eat ‘hot’ with the children and in the evening our lovely salad. That works well for us and it is better for our health.
PAST: In 1995 God turned my life completely up side down. Since then it is a journey to draw closer to him every day and allow him to change and to use me – for the purpose and plan he has for me. PRESENT: Corrie ten Boom said once: 'My final destination is Heaven.' That is where I am heading too. See you there!

Big pots and pans
The first evening here in Haiti, we have already written, we were invited to a restaurant. The second evening we thought we buy our food and make some pasta with meat for A. But the problem was, that the cooking pots are too big, just to use for two people. I mean, the kitchen is made to cook for lots of people (like 30 or more). So we cooked our meat in the big frying pan and the pasta in that big pot.
But it wasn’t just that, there were so many mosquitoes around, that especially A got bitten lots, one in his ear.
Because of all of this we decided to do what we did in Guinea, eat ‘hot’ with the children and in the evening our lovely salad. That works well for us and it is better for our health.
