Merry Christmas

Dear family and friends in Christ

I am not quite sure where the time goes. I guess you feel the same, as older as you get (can’t believe I am writing this J) time seems to fly. Soon, it is Christmas again.

Here in Haiti, people already have their Christmas lights up, I presume they use it when they have town electricity. Christmas music is blaring from every corner.

Below you can see our living cupboard when it has all your cards, you sent us, lined up. Are you able to spot your card?

I was wondering what to do with the kids from the orphanage; they love colouring, so I gave them some 'Merry Christmas' print outs, and they coloured it in for me.

We had a man coming from Virginia. Before he arrived, everybody was referring to him as Santa Claus. I wondered how ‘Santa Claus’ would actually look like. He brought lots of Christmas gifts for the children in the orphanage. Some gifts were for now and some for Christmas day.
Here a few photos, of the faces of the kids when they opened their little bags. The next day, they showed of their little pencil sacks, Schneider even took his fire truck to preschool.

They defiantly liked their sweets and their new flip flops.
This is a paper chain I've made with the kids last Saturday, we will hang it up for the Christmas party.

We wish you a wonderful peaceful advents time and Merry Christmas, also a blessed New Year 2013.

Thank you for standing with us over the past years! Together we can make a difference. Through your financial gifts, your daily prayers and your encouraging emails, cards and phone calls, reminding us, we are all in this together. Yes, it makes all the difference knowing we build Gods kingdom together hand in hand.

Again, Merry Christmas
