Monitoring a training session

Most of the time, we need to drive long distances to go to a facilitator training sessions. We are always thankful for God’s presence with us and aware of his protection.

Training sessions last usually 3 hours; this one took place in a tent.

This time we are visiting a trainer who is training new facilitators in the southern region of Haiti. This particular trainer started work as a facilitator with his group mid 2011. Because of his experience, at the end of last year, he was appointed to become a trainer for SHG. I like this, because it shows his commitment to SHG and the love he has for his people and his country.

We could tell that the participants paid attention, because there was lots of interaction going on.

After a few weeks, we will come back to congratulate these men and women as they become SHG facilitators.

So funny, check out this photo what do you notice?

Let us know, write us an email :-)
