Back from the Christian Summer Camp ~~~ Wieder daheim vom Sommer Camp

After Sues (Andys sister) and Simons wedding, we drove straight to the Hillhouse the Christian Camp. I settled into my tent with my airbed and sleeping bag. We've had this year only 55 teenager between 15 and 17 years old. The topic of this week 1 was relationship vs religion. Every evening we've meet together had a worship time and teaching. It was so encouraging to see how God works in these young peoples lifes. On the last night from Friday to Saturday 14 young people gave their life to Jesus and around 27 recommited themselves to God. It was so powerful and the Holy Spirit moved in all of our hearts. It was definatly an unforgettable evening. The time at Hillhouse was very tiring, but very rewarding.

Nach Sues (Andies Schwester) und Simons Hochzeit sind wir zum Jugendcamp gefahren. Ich brachte meine Luftmatratze und Schlafsack in mein Zelt. Es regnete fast jeden Tag.
Dieses Jahr hatten wir ungefaehr 55 Jugendliche zwischen 15-17 Jahre alt. Das Thema fuer die Woche war: Freundschaft gegen Religion. Jeden Abend hatten wir eine Lobpreiszeit und eine Predigt. In der letzten Nacht von Freitag auf Samstag 14 Jugendliche uebergaben ihr Leben Jesus und ungefaehr 27 fanden wieder zu Gott zurueck. Es war so kraftvoll und machtvoll, der Heilige Geist war am wirken, in jedem Herzen. Es war auf jeden Fall ein unvergesslicher Abend.
