Football

The football team our colleague has been running. Free kick just outside the box for our boys. Team talk at half-time Barkinabhe FC have been playing in a tournament organised by the local football federation. Our team hasn't been asked to play before until this year. Ben coaches the team twice a week, it's not all about football but life choices and being an upstanding citizen. After three games in the tournament they were knocked out. This was a huge disappointment to the players, but it was the first time they had played in a tournament and the pitch was massive, this led to some becoming tired after the first half. They did themselves proud and look forward to the next tournament. Prayer points for this week: We are organising an eye-glass clinic this week, pray those who need will hear about it and will be able to attend. We need men for the committee of the Self-Help-Group, pray we can find men who are willing and able to change their communities.
