The rains came down as the waters rose

After two days of rain, then a huge downpour this happened (again) Two days of rain had fallen, then a downpour and the drainage canals just couldn't cope. After the canal burst it flooded our yard. We had asked the owner if we could pierce a bigger hold in the rear wall, but he didn't give permission for the work. Tomorrow I will insist.  If you were planning on coming to stay our guest accommodation took about a foot of dirty water. Our colleagues car nearly got wet inside. It came into the kitchen Trying to keep the water out the oven Guest bedroom didn't fair so well Guest lounge As the water started to lap around the kitchen we prayed that the rain would stop. The Lord heard our prayers and the rains slowed for the water to drain away. Praise the Lord.  Prayer Points: Pray that not to much is damaged beyond repair.
